Born and raised in Hubbards, Nova Scotia, I'm happy to finally be working in this community again to continue my career. I currently have over 13 years experience working as a massage therapist in both a spa and clinic setting. I offer a comforting and supportive touch during treatments. I have extra training in sports/pregnancy massage as well as incorporating Thai, Indian and Hawaiian style techniques in my treatments. Outside of the treatment room I enjoy spending my time with family and friends by the water. I look forward to seeing you all soon!

Indian head massage
In this 30 or 45 minute treatment we will be focusing on the upper back, neck and head to relieve stress, tension and headaches/migranes. This treatment also improves sleep, stimulates hair growth and prevents hair loss.

Cupping therapy: Cupping is used for separation of congestion, increasing blood flow and improving overall health to the body. Some benefits include increasing range of motion, breaking down scar tissue, decreasing muscle tension and treating myofacial restrictions.
Gua Sha: Gua Sha involves scraping the skin with smooth stones to release facia, break up adhesions and decrease hypertonicity in soft tissue.
Thai face and scalp massage: Release pressure points and tension in the forehead, jaw and facial muscles. This add on is great for relief of TMJ, headaches and strain from tight neck muscles.
